In the bookings tab, you will find information about all bookings flowing from your offer page. You can also manually add a booking if the customer calls you by phone or orders via chat or email. This part of the system is the most important one in your business activity.
Status changes result in sending relevant information to the client. He/She will receive a notification about the change of status of the booking.
The payment status determines whether the booking has been paid or not depending on which payment option the customer has chosen.
